Park Rules

Ensuring the safety and well-being of your beloved pet is our primary concern. To make the most of your visit to our park, adherence to our guidelines is mandatory. While our knowledgeable and compassionate team is on hand to help, the ultimate responsibility for your dog lies with you.


General Rules

  1. Use at Your Own Risk
    All park users are responsible for themselves and their pets. The dog park is an unsupervised facility, and entry is at your own risk. A liability waiver and release MUST be signed before entry by anyone 18 years and older whether with a dog or not.
  2. Park Hours
    Park hours vary by season and are posted to our website. Please do not enter outside of these hours.
  3. Age Requirements
    Children under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Children must be supervised at all times and should avoid running or approaching unfamiliar dogs. Children under the age of 8 are not permitted.
  4. Number of Dogs
    Each adult may supervise a maximum of 3 dogs at a time. Adult must be the owner of all dogs and they must all be from the same household.
  5. Check in                                                                                                                  All members and guests must check in before entry. All guests must be accompanied by a member at all times.

Dog Requirements

  1. Vaccinations and Health
    All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations, including rabies, Bordetella, distemper, parvo and leptospirosis. Dogs should be healthy and free from contagious conditions, including fleas and ticks to use the park. An annual negative fecal test is required.  No sick or injured dogs are allowed.
  2. Collars and Tags
    All dogs must wear a collar with visible identification and current rabies tags. No choke, prong, spike or electric collars are allowed inside the off-leash area.
  3. Behavior
    Aggressive dogs are not allowed. If your dog exhibits any aggressive behavior, you must immediately leash and remove your dog from the park. No refunds will be given.
  4. Age and Spay/Neuter
    Puppies under 4 months are not allowed, and all dogs over the age of 4 months must be spayed or neutered.
  5. Leashes
    Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the facility. Once inside, they may be off leash but must be under voice control at all times. No retractable leashed are allowed. Harnesses MUST be removed prior to entry.  Dogs are to only be unleashed in the areas indicated.

Park Etiquette

  1. Clean Up After Your Dog
    Owners must clean up after their dog(s). Waste bags are provided throughout the park for your convenience. Please dispose of waste in the designated bins.
  2. Supervision
    Dogs must be always supervised by their owners. Owners must stay within view and be able to control their dog(s) with voice commands.
  3. No Food, Treats or Toys
    Do not bring treats or dog food into the park. Treats can lead to fights between dogs. Human food is permitted on the patio only. Dogs must be leashed on the patio.  Outside toys from home are not allowed. Dogs can get possessive over their own toys and a fight can occur.
  4. Respect Park Property
    Use of park equipment and areas must be respectful to others and park property.
  5. No Smoking, Alcohol, or Glass
    Smoking, vaping, and glass containers are prohibited within the dog park. No outside alcohol is permitted. Alcohol is available for purchase to those guests who are 21 and older. A valid ID must be presented. Must be 21 years old to enter beverage room.
  6. Barking and Noise Control
    Excessive barking must be controlled to avoid disturbing neighbors and other park users.
  7. Small Dog Area
    Use the designated area for small dogs if your dog weighs under 25 pounds. Large dogs are not allowed in the small dog area for safety reasons.

Enforcement and Responsibility

  1. Rule Violations
    Failure to follow park rules may result in temporary or permanent expulsion from the park with out refunds.
  2. Owner Liability
    Owners are always legally responsible for the actions and behavior of their dog(s). Any injuries or damages caused by your dog(s) are your responsibility.
